Common questions.

How does Contraqly count contracts?

Each fully executed master agreement, license, subscription, NDA, or SOW counts as one contract. Amendments and order forms attached to a master agreement count separately. If you are unsure how your repository counts out, mention it when you request access and we will estimate with you before you choose a plan.

Is my contract data used to train Contraqly's models?

No. Your contract text is processed and indexed exclusively within your account. Contraqly does not use customer contract data to train or fine-tune its models, and does not share contract data with other customers or third parties. See the Security page for a full description of how contract data is handled.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF and DocX are supported natively for direct upload. SharePoint, Dropbox, and Google Drive connectors — for bulk ingestion from your existing document libraries — are included in Professional and Enterprise plans. If you have contracts in another format, contact us before signing up and we will advise on options.

How long does initial repository processing take?

Most repositories of 500 contracts or fewer are fully parsed, clause-extracted, and indexed within 48 hours of upload. Larger repositories — 500 to 750 contracts — typically complete within 72 hours. We will give you a specific estimate during onboarding based on your repository volume and document quality.

Does Contraqly draft contracts or provide legal advice?

No. Contraqly is a clause intelligence and obligation-tracking tool — it reads executed agreements, flags deviations, and delivers deadline alerts. It does not draft contracts, generate redlines, or provide legal advice. All decisions about what to do with flagged clauses remain with your attorneys.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Essentials and Professional plans are billed monthly or annually. Monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of any billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable mid-term but can be cancelled before renewal. Enterprise contracts are governed by individual agreement terms. Contact [email protected] with any billing or cancellation questions.
