Contraqly focuses on the clause categories that create the highest obligation and exposure risk for in-house teams: auto-renewal traps, non-standard liability caps, and change-of-control triggers. These are the three clause types that most commonly surface as costly surprises — because they are the ones most often buried in exhibits, addenda, and schedules rather than the main body of the agreement.
